I have a boyfriend that I can't ever get rid of and he stalks me but I'm trying to talk to another boy so I can stop dating this guy. what should I do (by the way he slept with my sister and cheated on me more than 3 times)

Get A restraining order!! If he is stalking you the courts will award you this, so when he comes around call the cops. Tell them the situation & they will come out to get him!

First & foremost, end the relationship with him, period. No "maybe we can be friends" or anything like that. Have no contact with him whatsoever. Go to your local law enforcement agency & file a report; Stalking is very serious & there are stricter laws against it today. If you want to talk to the other guy resolve the feelings you have for the abuser & get yourself in the right frame of mind before you start dating someone else. You must be fair to your new prospects. Then try & salvage the relationship with your sister. I can't understand why a sister would sleep with her sister's boyfriend. Blood is thicker than water, so there's no excuse for what she did. But, nonetheless, that needs to be resolved or it will affect your future relationships. On a last note, NEVER TOLERATE ANY TYPE OF ABUSE, EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL, ETC. NEVER, EVER, EVER. People can only do to you what you allow them to do.

First off you need to end the relationship with him. Let him know firmly that you are no longer interested in seeing him or speaking to him. That you feel it is an unhealthy relationship and you both should part ways. If he continue to stalks I would let him know that you will ask for an order of protection (restraing order) becuase you feel is now a threat. That should be enough. I hope it need not go to that extreme

If this guy is stalking you, perhaps you should go to the police and get a restraining order. This way he will get the point.

So use that against him. And since he's a stalker boyfriend date someone who is bigger. So if he plays himself, your new dude can beat him up. Why is he still your boyfriend? Did you ever hear of a restraining order?
