it is possible that your firewall is blocking the program, that it may contain spyware or may hijack your browser, or that your mediaplayer does not support it. you also have to download the most current direct x driver drivers for your operating system. if windows, do a search for them at www.microsoft.com, else, make sure your cookie level is low enough to accept cookies from that site as well as exploring the above. have funnnnn!
