Neither party to a divorce may marry a third party before the 31st day after the date the divorce is decreed. The former spouses may marry each other at any time. For good cause shown the court may waive the prohibition against remarriage provided by this subchapter as to either or both spouses if a record of the proceedings is made and preserved or if findings of fact and conclusions of law are filed by the court.

All you have to do is wait for the judge to sign the papers after you. As soon as you have the signed paper in your hand you can go and get married again

This varies by state in some you can remarry the next day. In others the waiting period can be from a week to a month. You don't say where you are so I cannot give a better answer.

Divorce takes about 90 days... they have a cool off time... for those that change their minds... however you can marry as soon as the divorce is final.

I dont think you have to wait at all as soon as the other is final then it is final. But it may vary by state.
