What could he be thinking after he has thrown the 3rd & 4th interception? What do the other players think when they have to play twice as hard to make up for Plummer's mistakes & carelessness??

Denver has a good team, and a switch now to Cutler would put them into the toilet for the season. I don't think they see Plummer as a long term solution in Denver (hence the drafting of Cutler), but for this season, he is their best option.

Denver O has definitely been stop and go but in the last 3 games, with the game on the line, Plummer has engineered the drives that won the games. And those 3 wins against a much improved KC D, an always solid New England D, and one of better Ds in the league in Baltimore. He's not pretty or flashy, he gives Denver fans ulcers, but you can't argue with his winning percentage since becoming the Bronco QB (something like 34-12). Do I wish we a had a Peyton Maning caliber QB? Sure but Jake is the best we've got and he has, and does, win games and that is the bottom line.

Plummer is not going to have the same season as he did last year. However, the D of the Broncos is playing great and be enough for them to be 2nd or 3rd in the AFC. Cutler will be the starting qb next year.

I'm a San Diego Charger fan so I don't like Denver. But I will say this: y'all have a good defense and if you look at the history of the NFL, good defenses win championships. Plummer's errors can be overcome by a great defense.

No, but Jake will be consistent enough to get the Broncs to the playoffs. From then on, it's anyone's guess.
