heres the problem, say just to project your self into the future your
atoms would have to be in a frozen state so you dont age, and have no conscious recognition of time. to do this the vessel in which you are teleported will also have to be the same, as not to have an effect on you. trouble is the universe around the vessel would be in motion. and then react with the vessel changing its state, and thereby effect your state. say with time of the universe speeding up and you and your vessel being in a frozen atomic state. the reaction between these two states would be quite explosive. so the first task is finding a way to keep the two separate from one another with no physical contact. and thats just to go in the direction of time. never mind trying to reverse it.

Wormholes are the closest anyone has come up with so far, that might, just maybe, could, theoretically allow time travel. Assuming they actually exist. According to some mathematical models, assuming the models are correct, they should, but no one's ever found one.
The problem with travel down a wormhole (which could also be a theoretical way of maybe beating that whole traveling faster than light barrier), is that to make it through the wormhole, the back part of you needs to go through at the same time as the front. So either you have to be completely 2-dimensional, or your bum's gotta travel faster than light. Since the only way to go faster than light is to go through a wormhole, there's no way even theoretically to actually make it through the wormhole.
It's possible that the laws of the universe conspire to make time travel impossible, which is what Stephen Hawking has speculated.

if you travel with the same speed as of light, and go back to the place where you come from.. what you can see is the future.. nothing's change in your physical appearance but there have been so many changes in the world... then, i can say you are now in the future.. the problem is you can't go back to the past.. that's the concept of time machine...

Creativity aside, the whole thing makes no sense. It's just about as good as cold fusion.
Now, there are those much brighter than me, who have told me that it is actually possible to time travel.
However, the energy requirements to create the conditions to be able to move back even one nanosecond in time are too great to muster and prove me wrong.
Essentially, then, we non-believers could be technically wrong and practically, correct.

Worm holes, as Einstein postulated. The movie (sorry) "Contact" covered it accurately and well.
Get a copy of the Nova (PBS) show about "string theory" - it covers it very well.

None of them. Closest thing that might be possible is to fold space to travel faster than light.
