definitely flash. he is way faster than superman (not only is it b/c of his powers, but when him and superman race w/out their powers, he wins). also if u look at DC vs Marvel, he beats quicksilver. none of the others can run faster than the speed of light, so its definitely flash

The official answer to whos is faster, the Flash or Superman, was given in the 70's by then high mucka muck of DC comics Julies Schwartz and it goes something like this..........
If the race was a shorter distance (say about half a mile) Flash wins. But if its a longer race (say a billion miles) Superman wins with his greater stamina

Flash is fastest, because he is so highly integrated with the Speed Force. Superman comes next, because he is just SO powerful. Then Sonic, and Speedy Gonzalez comes in last because he is just a rat that ate too much spicy food and it gave him the 'runs'. ha ha.

I have never heard of Sonic, Road runner, speedy gonzales traveling though time, Superman stopped doing it after the Crisis

Berry Allen, The Flash (fastest man alive). He once ran faster than the speed of light. Chasing a Tachyon Beam, which is suppose to be the only thing that moves faster than light. (Note it Killed him and he woke up in a Marvel Comic calling himself Buried Alien)
