Function Key Usage?

Is there a way to program the function keys to hold a line or set of alpha-numeric characters that I use often (like a nonsecure sign-on password) so when filling out a form box I can simply hit F1 instead?

Not unless you create your own browser, or your own custom plugin software for whatever programs you want to use the function keys for. If it's not in the config options, then no you can't do it.
