The server names should be provided by you isp but they usually go like this...

POP3 ===> pop3.myisp.net incoming server
SMTP ===> smtp.myisp.net or mail.myisp.net outgoing server

First of all make sure your email address is a POP3 email service.
if not so, you cant install your email on Outlook.

That information comes from your e-mail provider, usually the company after the @ sign in your e-mail address. For example, if your e-mail address ends in @comcast.net, check the Comcast website's e-mail help to find the server settings.

If you send me an e-mail, so I can see your e-mail address, I can probably find the correct settings for you.
