My apartment seems to be INFESTED!!! with these gross creatures. I find at least a one a day! It's driving me insane! I hate these things, they scare me to death!!! Is there any traps, sprays, home remedies I can put around the house to get rid of these scary things!!??

You have to do two things. First get some deltamethrin (Delta Eight made by Bonide) at you L&G Center and make a two foot perimeter treatment around your foundation. It lasts about 4-5 weeks which is plenty of time to kill any centipedes (or other pests). That will keep new ones from getting in.
You should also get a bug bomb. They come three bombs to a pack and a bomb is good for a room. Put them in the three rooms (or less if they are in only 1 or 2 rooms) and set them off according to the instructions. That should kill the ones already inside. Doing both of these should eradicate them. Good luck. They are kind of freaky when they start running so fast.

Use a bug spray and spray the edge of the floor in every room, this way everytime they enter into a room, they are killed by the fumes or the spray. I have them in my apt too. They scare the hell out of me too.
