The scariest sound is when your girlfriend says she's pregnant and you weren't planning on having any kids.
After that its MUWWW HA HA HA HAAA, then WOOO HAAA HAAHAAA. I don't personall think RA RAAAAA RAAAAAAA even enters into the conversatoin.

Well it all depends on whos saying it really, for example, if an eight foot psycho like Jason crept up behind you holding a huge f***ing machette and said either ra raaaa raaaaaaa or wooo ha haa haaaaaa, I would most definitely soil my pants right there.

The ra raaaa taaaaaaa one is the scarier, but ra on its own can be equally terrifying.
Personally I think wooooo oooo oooooooo is the one that strikes the most fear into me.
