Honestly I don't think anybody can deny Britney Spears, Destiny's Child or Christina Aguilera's popularity in the 2000s [no matter how much many of us would like to]. I'd also add the following to the list:

The Backstreet Boys,Britney Spears,Aaron Carter,Christina Aguilera,Mandy Moore,Jessica Simpson,98 Degrees,Destiny's Child,and Jennifer Lopez of this generation represents and will always be remembered as the best music of the year 2000s because they're still the best singers,dancers,songwriters,and groups ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Green Day & U2...they both are awesome bands and have a powerful message, of course it helps that Billie Joe Armstrong is a hottie!!
