Check with a patent lawyer.
Notice I say "PATENT"...I am confused because you can spell optimization, but not patent!

If you actually spell the word, "patent" with two "t's", I seriously doubt you have a PATENT in the field of energy. Geeeeze,

Can you have a patent if you don't register it??? I think this would be step one.
