can anyone tell me how i can convert a maple file with extension .mw( ie used on mac) to .mws(for windows) ?

i already have the file on my laptop (winxp) . i am not able to open it. i am using maple 8. any suggestions please

The .mw format is the newer format, regardless of platform. A version of Maple that supports .mw files should provide the option of saving a .mw file as an .mws file.

All dBm readings are referenced to one mW. Using the formula 10log P1/P2 for gain, you can deduce any dB gain/loss or dBm value may be obtained by transposing the formula. (ie 20mW = 10 log 20/1 or 13 dBm) Every 10 dB equals 10x and 3dB equals 2x.
