Chriss is a decent enough magician, and if you are really interested, you can buy materials online at places like http://www.ellusionist.com to duplicate his efforts.
However...
1.) Magic is meant to reawaken your sense of awe, wonder, and curiosity. Knowing HOW a trick is done is usualy disillusioning. The way most tricks are done seems kinda lame- but you tend to forget the hours upon hours of work the performer goes through to make the effect seem wonderous.
(One form of personal levitation, for example, can be done several ways. If you stood at a different angle for one of these versions, you'd see how it works and your response would be 'Good god. I was fooled by THIS?)
2.) Knowing how the trick works does not mean you really learned anything. Knowing how to work the audience, knowing the psychology of performance, perfecting each possible movement, etc. is really much more important than knowing, for example, that a certain trick is done with an unknown helper or whatever.
3.) A good chunk of Chriss Angel's stuff takes LOTS of equipment. You'll notice, for example, that when he lifts the front end of a car, that he only tries it on one specific car that rapidly leaves the area. Neither you nor he can just walk up to a random window and walk through it.

It's all illusion.
There have been experiments done like this:
Take a university physics class and let them know that someone with as yet undiscovered powers will come in and amaze them.
Roughly 80% of the class will buy that line and the performance as "real" magic.
Take another class, and tell them that a magician is comming in to perform for them, and they are told upfront that it is all illusion and slight of hand. he does the exact same performance.
Roughly 30% of the crowd refuse to believe that they are only "illusions" and it is somehow real magic.
What they came away with was the notion that these very bright people did not want to admit that they were fooled. Which is what happens during a magic trick, your brain and eyes are fooled into seeing something that really didn't happen exactly as it looks.

Magicians never reveal the secrets to non-magicians. Okay, they do, but it takes a little research.
Chris Angel uses illusions that have been around for years, so they're easy to find. Now Penn and Teller, there's some innovateive magic.
