This might sound corny, but get yours and her closest friends together and make her a scrapbook of the times you have spent together. She will appreciate the gesture.
If you can afford to, get those same friends together, give her a makeover, and take her out shopping and have everyone throw in on a new outfit, then take her out for coffee or cocktails.
