What are character strings and why are they preventing my husband from sending emails out of his address. How

How do I copy them or get rid of them as they never appeared before.

A character string is a a computer representation of a text portion. It is improbable that any program wouldn't use any.

Please give the error message if you want help resolving the real error. You could also try contacting your email provider as most give fairly good troubleshooting information.

You have a virus which is making the strings more than 255 characters.

Run an anti virus scan
