Since your girlfriend is addicted to this type of gambling, then it's really difficult for you to stop her.
She is gambling in order to make more money ironically that means she isn't happy with your financial support.Thus, the only way you can manage to stop her is only when you become financially stable.So if you think you don't meet her financial needs then I think it's better for you to make your exit from her life before she pawns one of your treasured items.

At the end of the day ,if she's spending her own money then it's her business. But if you think she has a serious gambling problem, then you need to talk to her, your GP could refer her to someone who could help her or to a specialist group like G.A (gamblers annoymous).
It's your decision whether you stay or go, if you love her and decide to stay, please know that you will be in for a tough time, if she has a serious addiction.
