this Is Very True Because
LETS JUST SAy that C=5 and a=2
5+(-3)=2 that means that 5=2+3

This is true. If you take -3 from one side and put it on the other, you have to change the sign- that makes it a +3

C-3=a so c=a+3 would be true.

When you multiply a positive times a negative, sign doesn't change. And it equals c-3=a. then when you cross the -3 over the equals, it changes the sign to a positive. So c=a +3 is true.

true. first you have to get the c alone which means you have to move the -3 to the other side. so you have to +3 to both sides
c+(-3)=a
+3 =+3
c=a+3

Just remember when a number crosses the "=" sign the sign (-,+) changes.
GOOD LUCK. Don't try to make Algebra more difficult than it already is and you will enjoy it. It took me a very very long time to enjoy it.

true if you take the () off the -3 you will see it is c+-3 same as saying c plus a negative 3.
