I don't think that she is a murderer... Coz drugs or alcohol were a factor for the cause of death... Whatever it is, I hope Daniel Wayne Smith will RIP...

I don't think so. Her first husband Billy Smith is still alive, in his late 30's. Her second husband died at the age of NINETY, so I would say natural causes there! His son, E. Pierce Marshall, was 67 when he died, not old, but not suspiciously young. As for Daniel Smith, his death was a tragic reaction to the prescription drugs he was taking.

No way. She had nothing to do with her son's death. She absolutly idolized him and you could see the love in her eyes when she was with him. She is a mother that lost her child. as for her husband, hello he was like a thousand years old and as for his son, he was very old and very ill as well. She was never around him, so how could she be blamed for his death especially when he did from old age?

anna nicole smith is not a murderer she loved her son , she most likly wouldve gave up everthing for him what happed was not good but the love of her son will never go away

Anna's son Daniel died as a result of drug abuse according to the latest news. The coronor in the Bahamas found multiple drugs in his body and the coronor who Anna hired to carry out a private autopsy found two types of antidepressant and methadon in his body. I suppose he grew up in that kind of culture where there was a pill to fix everything.

I think Daniel Smith got into his mother's methadone. I mean, she looks like a methadonian to me. In my opinion, she is a very irresponsible mother, not a murderer.

I could see him borrowing some Methadone for pain in his back maybe and not knowing that mixing it with the antidepressants would kill him. Maybe even, a Doctor prescribed it for pain, to him, and it just interacted that morning. I do not think his mother would do anything to harm him though, and would have never done anything intentionally to him.

what??? I think that is CRAZY talk! SHe is sweet as can be. A bit sexual, and a little looney on the trim spa and a few other drugs of choice, but NOT a killer! I hope that is just some terrible rumor that will die...

I don't think so - she hasn't got the brains to pull off that kind of complicated operation. Besides, he was her entire world.
