They act all girly and it really pisses me off when I try to be nice to them, I work with a gay co-worker and he's meaner than anyone I've encountered, it's like he has mood swings like a girl.

Yes , I think you are right to say 'some' gay men!
Gay men and women are actually the same as the rest of us, except that they are all mentally deranged and require urgent treatment!!

Homophobic is a word conjured up by homos to depict one who is 'afraid' of homosexuals! How this came about I don't know, I would like to know what word they can conjure up for one who just cant bear the thought of two same sex partners 'at it'??Nothing at all to do with fear!!Yes I do know all the 'political correct, words like bigot etc!

Many people gay, straight, Black, White, male/female, have attitudes. As a gay guy, he just may be more flamboyant with it than you may have expected..
