Solves the quadratic equation:

Ax^2 + Bx + C = 0.

It's the quadratic formula for solving equations in the form
ax^2 + bx + c = 0, where a does not equal zero.

it's the quadratic equation formula, we did it about 4 months ago in school (I'm in Year 11)......
x = (-b ± √(b² - 4ac)) / 2a
It's for equations which are x = ax² + bx + c

Like the other fella mentioned, it's the quadratic equation. Pretty common stuff among scientist/engineers.
