Lightly roll the nipple between finger and thumb. It's really fun and I love it. (doing it)

You are allowed to make the "tweek tweek" sound.

It works much better if you use a pair of tweezers or needle-nosed pliers while doing it. Try pulling while you twist as well. Have fun.
