how long does it tale to get from birmingham to germany by car using the ferry to cross over?

Germany is a very big country !!!
Birmingham to Frankfurt will take about 10 hours plus the time wait for and taking the ferry.

Probably 12 hours plus the delay waiting to get on the ferry.

teh ferry will take 3 or 4 hours... but I dont kno where you live in Birmigham so I dont know how long it take to dive to the harbor

Why not use http://www.theaa.com/travelwatch/planner_main.jsp to plan the journey. The timings given aree pretty accurate.
