I am SO FURIOUS!!! I just found out a sex offender works at a local McDonalds that I patronize. He is listed on the sex offender registry – he downloaded child pornography. He doesn’t work at the counter, but he is able to look at children over the counter. He flips burgers. This guy in my mind is just as sick as someone who rapes and murders children. This guy has no right to breath the same air as me or my children. I KNOW for a fact he is raping children in his mind. The sad part is, he looks like your next-door neighbor. He feigns being helpful to everybody all the time doing nice things for the customers. His record says he did this crime over 10 years ago, but it is a fact the once a pedo ALWAYS a pedo. AND – him downloading child porn is just a springboard for him to murder a child.
He has already proven he can’t be normal like me.

I think you need a valium. Seriously, calm down. The guy did a crime over 10 years ago, paid his debt to society, and now works a job and pays taxes. Get off his freaking case.
He DIDN'T rape a child. He DIDN'T murder anyone. That's like saying someone who downloads music off the internet is as bad as someone who walks into Best Buy, kills all the clerks and service personell, and walks out with carts full of CDs.
You don't know what's in his head. If he is raping children in his mind, so what? Are you the freaking thought police? People THINK about killing people they hate, stealing from stores, cheating on their spouses, but if they don't DO it, you can't hold it against them.
Remember folks, downloading music is just a springboard for murdering the entire Best Buy staff.
If you've illegally downloaded music, you can't be normal like me.

I understand exactly what you are saying. My husband just started a new job his first day he came home and told me never to bring our two children into his work place. I thought what the H!!! He then informed me that he had a child molester as his asst. manager. This man was convicted for child molestation several years ago. He was released on parole part of his probation was no contact with children under a certain age and no child porn of any type. His computer was confiscated 4 times and emptied because he kept downloading child porn. He will go to court to face charges for this next month.
To top it off his registered sex offender picture on the web site he was wearing his work uniform his excuse was that he didnt have time to go home and change. I have visited with the manager about this and there is nothing she can do beause he was hired before she became the manager they have to wait and see what happens at his court date. I am a firm believer that people can change but after the second time of child porn shouldnt the law have done something then!!???? Once charges were brought against him he should have lost his job right then but the company is afraid of being sued!!!
Where I am working if we get charged for any type of drugs or battery it is automatic termination no matter what the reason and they dont wait to see how it plays out in court either.
So why does this psycho have more rights as an employee than those of us who have a squeaky clean record!!!?????

Just because in your mind downloading kiddie porn is the same as raping and murdering children does not make it so under the law. Furthermore, you have no idea what is going on in his mind. If he is actually doing nice things for customers, then how is he "feigning" it? Maybe he is just doing his job and trying to provide good customer service. He has a need to make a living just like everyone else. Let him do his job and take your kids to another McDonalds.... Better yet, do something more practical to keep your kids safe---stop feeding them fast food garbage.

you dont know he is doing anything in his mind, only flipping burgers,thats the problem, you can assume all you want. for all that you are aware his crime was 10 years ago, he downloaded pictures of pornograhic images of children. true it is a sick offence, true it is a society tabboo , but that does not give you the right to interfere with the process of the law, for how do you know that he is not under surveilance, they know where he is. he must not pose a threat or he would be working there would he. He did the crime and he did the time. If he is not now committing crimes, leave him alone.
If you can prove that he downloads and keeps child porn, tell the cops, because he is committing another crime.
BTW - How do you know what goes on in his mind? How do you know that he is only pretending to be a nice guy? Can you read minds?
Be careful before you go telling stories about him. He may sue you for slander.

Firstly, I doubt your claims at normalcy. I have yet to meet any normal people, myself included. Secondly, wherever you live, do like I do and write to your state, local and federal representatives about making ANY CRIME AGAINST A CHILD A CLASS A FELONY, WITH EITHER DEATH OR LIFE IN PRISON WITH NO POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE. In this, the greatest country in the World, a man gets 15 years for drugs or stealing investors money, yet LESS THAN 10 YEARS for raping a 3 year old? Finally, by all means, creat posters, signs and flyers detailing the perverts past and distribute same to the public. Mail some to McDonald's headquarters, and they may yank the Franchise. Pedophiles give up their right to live as soon as they think about harming a child, plain and simple.

do you know all the facts of his case? if not, chill out and dont let yr kids go to that mcdonalds, tell yr friends the same thing, but as i see it, the man made a mistake, you dont know the whole story, im sure he has done his time, and just because someone had child pornography on thier computer, that doesnt mean he will kill children....yes he is a sicko, but not all sickos are murderers....or rapists.....

I loath sex offenders. I say, make a print of the registry that you found him on, and casually leave a few printouts in the Mcdonalds. Highlight his name. They will catch on to him.
