Well a friend of mine was on the pill for 35 years and for the past year she has been off. She has never had an eregular period. But two weeks ago she only had it for 1 day and she had sex 1 week before that. could she be pregnant?

Anyway, getting past that part.....she should wait until she is actually late for a period before worrying if she is pregnant. Then when she is actually one week, or better yet two weeks late, she should take a pregnancy test.

She could be as some women do have periods throughout pregnancys but she should do a test first and see a doctor if she is to make sure everything is ok,all the best!

35 years ? wooo !
ok if she started when she was 18, shes got to be 53 now.
sure it could be pregnancy
i am afraid it could even be menopause at this age.
get a pregnancy test, and pls go see a doctor and have a test done by the gp.

Ok, if your friend was on the pill 35 years, then she would most likely be too old to get pregnant since you normally don't start taking pills until late teens.

I would have thought people old enough to have been on the pill for 35 years would know to take this to their GP and not the kiddies on Answers ;-)

listen you can get pregnant even if the guy is two feet away and literllay shoots sperm inside you. those suckers know exactly where to go. what is with being on the pill for 35 years? does she have to have sex? just be celibate and stop giving it to everybody

there is a possibility your friend could be pregnant. The only way to tell is get her to do a pregnancy test, and if it comes up with positive get her to go to the dr's to make sure.
Still get her to go to the doctors as if she isn't pregnant, something is going on . good luck. x

sweet heart if she is taking the pill for 35 yrs she must be in her 50s it could be menopause see a Dr i don't think she is pregnant
