Republican Clayton Williams, who ran against Ann Richards for Texas Governor in 1990, made the statement that rape victims who knew they were about to be raped shouldn't try to fight it but should just lay back, close their eyes and enjoy it.

Actually, what he said is "Bad weather is like rape, as long as it's inevitable, you might as well sit back and enjoy it.". He was joking, but it was a bad joke and an unforgivable one.
This bad joke is why he NEVER won an election (he was leading by 20 points when he opened his trap.

Sounds like something Clinton would say. He's raped more a few in his day and then intimidated them to keep their mouth shut, not to mention the ones who didn't come forward in the first place.
He's thinks the world is his all you can rape buffet.
