you need to check the cam and crankshaft sensor(s)assuming that you know that your timing belt is in good condition. if these sensors are not functioning you will not get ignition(spark)and fuel flow to the cylinders since these affect fuel pulse and if the sensor(s) do not read correct crankshaft and camshaft position at the time of ignition the computer will not spark or deliver fuel

Well, first off gasoline engines require three components to run. Fuel, air, and spark. You have one out of three so that is the first problem.
Secondly, you more than likely have inline fuses and also a fuse in the fuse box which are probably blown.
Spark could be coil, ICM, ECM, wiring problems etc.
Fuel can be electric fuel pump probably in the tank, fuses for injectors, dirty fuel filter etc.
If you can't break the case sherlock I suggest a good mechanic!

A common problem with Hondas, that causes the symptoms you describe, is a failed EFI relay that lives in the top center of the dash behind the radio.

The timing belt/chain will cause this to happen. If the car is turning over very fast it is a good chance it is the timing chain. That will go without warning as well.

Ignition module. They are located near distributor and are hard to diagnose. If you take it out Autozone can test.
