All new laptops have an ethernet port ( 8 pin phone plug ).
Go to any store that sells computer supplies and get a short
ethernet CROSSOVER cable, where the wires inside it
have the input and outputs crossed over. Plug this ordinary cable into the two laptops and set your workgroup the same, and click on I want to SHARE my files in the NETWORK section.
The transfere is blazing fast, an drag and drop between the
two computers.
And inexpensive.

Well I want to do the same thing as you. I just copied all my songs on to a USB flash drive then imported them into the Itunes on my laptop.

buy urself a Flash drive. transfer the songs in there and transfer them to ur computer. its the cheapest way. depending how many songs u have and the amount of space on the flash drive, u gonna go back and forth loading them on. if u wanna get a lil more expensive get urself a wireless router and network both computers. its a faster way to transfer files to another computer.
