I THINK THE GOVERNMENT IS GOING TO EXTEND IT TO THE CREAMY LAYER BUT IT SHALL NOT BE A PRUDENT THING TO DO.CREAMY LAYER MUST BE EXCLUDED FROM OBC/SC AND ST CATEGORIES.ALSO IF PARENTS HAVE TAKEN THE BENEFIT THE OFFSPRINGS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED THE BENEFIT.

I think reservation is already a moot when dealing with something which could be construed as a creamy layer.
what creamy layer says to me is "there is no reservation" - as reservation seems a consideration of the frugal which a creamy layer indicates naught!

THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY TYPE OF RESERVATION IN JOB OR HIGHER STUDY BUT THE POOR AND RURAL PEOPLE MUST GIVE EDUCATION FREE AND ALSO HELP FINANCIALLY DURING THE EDUCATION TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES.
