This depends on the nature of your internet connection. If you are using dial up service your ip address is more than likely changing each time you connect so emails would show a different address if sent in seperate connection sessions. Most broadband connections do not change the IP address very often so in that case you would usually show the same IP address. Of course if you are accessing the email from different locations, the IP addresses for the different locations would be used.

Yes, IP address for computer never changes. Under certain circumstances part of the IP may change such as port number that the document is sent through, this can depend on if your system is configured for message passing or shared memory

You mean your own IP? It should be, unless you use proxy servers. Also, some ISPs use dynamic IPs so it may change from time to time.
