i like the Dave Matthews band, does it count as country music?

For starters, the Dave Matthews Band is NOT country music. Now as far as your love of country culture but your dislike of country music, I'd suggest digging a little deeper into country music. Don't just listen to mainstream stuff. Check out people like Steve Earle, Lucinda Williams, Richard Buckner. And look into bands such as Wilco, Son Volt, the Jayhawks and Uncle Tupelo that are influenced by country music but fuse it with rock 'n roll.

Lol,fyi,the Dave Matthews Band is a Rock&Roll Band,and not a Country Music band,so,it they don't count as Country Music.
