I'd ban corporate contributions to any politician, political party, or lobby group. People can vote, but corporations shouldn't. The founders set up our government with laisse-faire in mind, which is wise, but I think they neglected to limit the influence that business has over government as well.

Death, sure and swift, for those who it is proven cannot be rehabilitated (i.e. child molesters) and the parents get to spend an hour alone with them in a room with no witnesses and no penalties.
and the law of karma - you get back what you put out there.

extremely tough penalties for child molesters. No getting out of jail ever, no conveniences while in jail- no tv, no books, no exercise equipment. Just a bed a pot to "go" in. Plus weekly visits from victims and families of victims- they can do whatever they choose, say whatever they choose to the offender with no repercussions.
