We need Congreess to pass another law making it illegal for people to sell or deal with stupid people. If you break the law you can be sued, otherwise they shouldn't be able to sue. Although you can always find a lawyer who will take any case no matter how stupid because they know that most companies will settle rather than spend the money to go to court.

I hope they lose the lawsuit. McD's have provided nutritional information on all thier products for years. They can't blame anyone for their overwieght but themselves.
