If he doesn't like you or know you exist what makes you think he will ask you out? If you like him enough that you want to see if something can happen between the 2 of you...MAKE A MOVE!!!

Tell him you was thinking of going to the movies and did he want to join you...then while you w/ him ask him if he'd want to get something to eat....make it seem like a nice and friendly time at the movies....go see thing silly like Jackass or something
