The UN has five official languages: English, French, Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic. However, English and French are the most spoken of all five because most UN agencies are located in Washington, DC, Paris, and Geneva where those languages are spoken. In almost any UN Office, there are translators of almost any major language.

The two official languages of the United Nations are French and English.
They frequently also write things in Chinese on signs.
Of course there are translators for every language you can think of :)

everyone speaks there own language, and the translators speak to the leaders, who are sitting around wearing those headphones. So, therefore, the answer is no specicific language, but every one covers the event in their own language to televise to their audience
