Friends would have to win hands down. Lets face it, I think everyone knows either a Rachel, Ross, Joey, Pheobe, Chandler or Monica. I know I sure do.... plus you can watch the re-runs over and over again and still piss yourself laughing x

Top 3 = Seinfeld, Scrubs, that 70's show - these three shows have actually had me laughing till tears came out

wow...that's a hard one. There have been so many good ones over the years I don't think I can decide on a "best one ever"....but here are some that I think rank up there near the top......M*A*S*H; The Beverly Hillbillies, Gilligan's Island; Rosanne; The Cosby Show; All in the Family...okay, this list could go on and on......so I'll just stop now.
