I have 3 of the Seagate 100gb drives. One 7200 rpm internal and two 5400 rpm drives in external enclosures.

Check the Sony website. They should have them for sale. Remember that you will need to back up all your data before swapping the drive.
Alternative is to go with an external (USB) drive. Usually half the price of an internal laptop drive, and you would not have to back up data and reinstall Windows, etc.

Goto www.pricewatch.com to check the lastest prices for the notebook HDs. Don't get anything less than 80GB.
