I work with a bully
My boss is a wimp (who can't stand up to the bully)
Her boss is a mysoginist (sp?)
Sexism is rampant
I hate the work - boring and meaningless
There are a lot of old trolls here that are so unhappy with their lives that they feel the need to mess with yours
They have a shitty open concept office - can't even sneeze in private
Every time I leave for work I pray for death before I get there
It's always cold and they say there is nothing they can do about it. (I wore two sweaters in AUGUST)

siiigggghhh I've been looking for a month for another job and nothing yet...soon I pray

If it stresses you out, leave. If you know you they don't' value your work, leave. If they offer no room for growth, leave. HOWEVER, don't hop from job to job since it makes for a terrible work history and will affect whether or not you get hired by a company you really like.
