I have heard of it and allegedly if you shout your wish out of a window or write it down it comes true, the book Noel Edmund's recommends is; The Cosmic Ordering Service, A guide to Realising Your Dreams by Barbel Mohr, a German author, I think you can get it on Amazon or maybe you could try WH Smith, if they don't have a copy they will order one for you, going to get a copy of the book myself as it sounds interesting, good luck.

Try and find out the number for that big red phone on Deal or No Deal and then you can chat to Noel about it - he seems to be the world's leading expert on it, perhaps he invented it?
