It certainly is!! Some gardens are SOOO overgrown that when you clear them you find a footballer and a couple of tennis players!!

I had over 2 years of the kids next door throwing everything in they shout they scream I woke up to find part of a mars bar thrown in the garden today lucky I seen it before my 8 month pup started to eat it all this has been going on now nearly 7 years the previous owner to me had the same problem with them but I did not know this till after the sale the mother is about to have her 5th kid she lives in 2 bed plus small study room with her husband and owns property I have been at my wits end with them all put my house on market in 2011 but housing market was at its all low just put it back on in last couple of weeks to get out of this hell hole even went and bought a static caravan in 2012 just to get a bit of peace and found that for £3000 for 7 months use was too much I have copd and was taken into hospital because I could not breath as one is suppose to stay stress free what a bloody laugh that is if you report it to department of the envirement you are suppose to inform who ever buys your property I was not told when I bought I have great sympathy for all who are going through the same some people have no respect for others and bring there brats up the same way

3 Tennis Balls
1 Cricket Ball
1 Golf Ball
5 Dinky cars
kids plastic spade (seaside type)

yes..even if u have never owned a football or tennis ball in your life..u also find old crisp packets and other peoples junk lol

Also several empty lager cans and there's always a skipping rope in the hedge to get tangled in your trimmers
