Hi Dear Sammy ;

6- 4x= 4(3-x) - 6
6 - 4x = ( 4* 3) + ( 4 * -x ) - 6
6 - 4x = 12 - 4x - 6
- 4x + 4x = +12 - 6 - 6
0 = 0

The Result is " ALWAYS TRUE "

Good Luck Sam.

Distribute the 4 on the right side of the equation
6 - 4x = 12 - 4x - 6

Simplify the right side of the equation by adding 12 and -6
6 - 4x = 6 - 4x

Since the two sides of the equation are identical, I now know that ANY value of x will make the equation work. So your answer would be "all solutions."

Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Here , the both sides are equal.
So, 6- 4x=4(3-x) - 6 is true.
