Sounds like you need to restart and reset everything, however, first check all your connection.

ps. also power off your modem, router and computer to restart.

Good Luck,

I had bt broadband with a bt domicile hub and it become the biggest load of fuc kinfolk shi te, i think of is must be your telephone line, or you havnt paid your bill then they decrease you off, or it must be the ammount of archives being uaed on bts community, because of fact bt is the united statesgreatest telephone service and maximum folk getting a bt telephone will maximum possibly take their broadband from bt aswell so, attempt resetting your place hub then if that doesnt artwork, attempt preserving the button on the lower back for like 10secs or something then it will be ok then, if no longer identity no longer pay them and enable them to pass and f**ok themselfs, and turn to virgin media, thats what i performed and ive had no problems with virgin in any respect and ive had left them as quickly as and went to bt, and that become the biggest mistake i made so i switched lower back to virgin and characteristic nevertheless had no probs.

seems that you have intermittent connection as the broadband and the internet lights go off;
check for the following;
check if there are any EMI devices like halogen lamps, microwaves etc near your router;
check if you have used only a single microfilter in your connection;
try swapping the microfilter with a spare one;
remove any extension cables and try connecting to the master telephone socket directly;
if all this does not resolve the problem call BT technical helpdesk on 0845 600 7030 and ask them to check the line with a woosh test.
