Here in Canada, we call it Irving. I think Americans call it George, but what do they know.

It's the 49th parallel. What you call it depends on where you're standing at the time. Apparently, on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, you can sometimes walk over into the USA. My sister-in-law tried this and was turned back, Arriving back on the Canadian side, the same immigration officer said, 'Didn't let you in then?' 'No,' she replied. Last comment from the Canadian, 'Did you a favour.'

I agree with the answer the Canadian border if you are in the US and if you are in Canada it is the US border it all depends on your point of view.
