CAnt watch DVD's on pc...blank screen?

any dvd i play doesnt seem to work. I can hear the sound but i cant see anything all i can see is the menu in windows media player which says chapter 1 chapter 2 chapter 3 scene 1 scene 2 etc etc.......please help. thanks

This could be the problem with your video card or with the codec that Windows Media Player is using.

One quick way to test whether or not your video card has a problem is to get another DVD player software and try it.
