like taking my pictures and my friends list and other things from my old account to my new one.

Account? Not sure if you mean an e-mail account or a computer user account.
If it is an e-mail account, simple forward all of the old e-mail one by one to your new e-mail account.
As for the friends list, look to see if you have an "export" option in the e-mail program (not all do). That will copy all the information to a file on your hard drive which you can then "import" into your new account. (Look under the File section of the menu or in the program's Helps).
If you can not find an export feature, then you should at least be able to print out the list. Then you can just retype it into the new account.

I would like to help you out with you question, but more information will be needed. What type of account are you change from and too, and how are you changing. Are you updating or creating a new one?
