It mainly has to do with the level of hotness in a worker. A worker who, by all standards, is considered a “hottie” brings prestige to a boss. Having a “hottie” reporting to you means nothing in the boss/managerial circles…so the boss must have their way with the “hottie” to save face with their other boss/manager friends.
So…in answer to your query…it is because you are a full on hottie.

You're probably an attractive young girl. They're probably older perverted men. Low level managers think they have lots of power over their workers. In reality they have hardly any power over their life. They were probably stupid and unliked most of their life, and this little bit of power over a younger employee is all they have to make them feel good about themselves.
