http://globaltestmarket.com is legit and pays in a timely manner. You will not get rich but at least they are not trying to scam you.

Do not waste your time with these. In most instances, they'll all be the same; offering cents per survey so you have to work your butt off, or claim you don't "qualify" for it.

I know Ciao.co.uk (.com?) pays for reviews but not sure about surveys.
