If it's a brand new deck, you should wait at least a year for
the wood to dry out. After that, every 2-3 depending on how
much sun it gets, how much use it gets and what it looks
like. It should be pressure washed beforehand to remove
dirt, oils, algae, etc. and allowed to dry. A plunger sprayer,
the type used for weed killer, is alot easier than a brush or
roller. Also a good time to re-nail or screw down any loose
boards.

Yes. It should be resealed "regularly". I put up a fence using pressure treated lumber. After the first year I sealed it with Thompsons Water Seal. The next year I did again. You don't have to do it that often, but I just wanted to make sure it lasts.
I would suggest every other year to be safe.

The lumber is pressure treated, i.e., engorged with chemical preservatives under heat and pressure. Good to pressure wash annually. Reseal every two to three years as the "just sealed" appearance wanes.

It should be sealed every 2-3 years. Especially the ends where you can see the cuts. It doesn't have to be power washed if it's not to bad. Just a regular hosing will do. Then wait a day or two to seal it making sure it's dry

These are all good answers. I just wanted to say pressurized lumber just means its pressure treated to withstand wear and tear and weight. Nothing to do with the sealing of it.

If it is in sunlight then it should be done about every other year(to make the deck last longer) Powerwashing does make the process easier and more effective...
