I'm tired of being stuck in one place...I want to wander around the country, but don't know how I could continue to pay my taxes or keep a current mailing address. I think I have the job area covered, though some suggestions for that would be appreciated.

Paying your taxes (and other bills), should nowadays be no problem. I do it all on the Internet. But you need a bank account with Internet facility.
Concerning mailing address. Don't you have a good friend or relative you can trust? So that your mailing address can be
