I dont believe so. In Wisconsin yes, parents/grandparents/spouses are allowed to give their kids/husband or wife alcohol (older one is of age). But Vegas? I'm not sure, Vegas has more strict laws against crime, prostitution is apparenly LEGAL in nevada but ILLEGAL in Vegas, find a Nevada statutes book or ask a law officer.

Why would one's marital status have anything to do with their tolerance to alcohol?

If you're underage for drinking, you're underage for drinking.

I heard that one must be 21 to drink legally. ???

Those kind of anti-societal laws just provoke people to drink earlier to be a rebel.

You don't have so many drinking problems in places where drinking is accepted.

If you're 17, drink, but you just can't do it in public (in the U.S.). Any kind of law that favours someone just because they're married is garbage. Enjoy a glass of wine at home like a human being.

For her --YES. Being married doesn't make her older--Just married. The law says you have to be 18 to drink. What part of that don't you understand?

yes, its still illegal to drink in vegas... because you're not 21 years of age. its the common law of the land... but also, with casinos, you're not allowed to go inside unless you're 21.
